TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)—Chiefs fans, it’s almost time to get your limited-edition flags and support a great cause!
On Red Wednesday, Sept. 4, Chiefs Back-to-Back Super Bowl Champions flags will be available for Topekans. The purchased flags benefit the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northeast Kansas.
The flags can be purchased for $5 (cash preferred) at any area McDonald’s in Topeka. You can buy the flags from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m., while supplies last.
Since the Red Friday flag sale expanded to Topeka locations in 2021, the fundraiser has raised over $80,000 for Topeka’s Ronald McDonald House. The funds support the organization’s mission to keep families close to their hospitalized children while providing the lifesaving medical care they need.
