Former Victoria’s Secret model Shannan Click lists NYC home for $2.9M following move to her native California

Model, mom and full-time painter Shannan Click is listing her East Village home, which comes with an 880-square-foot private terrace, for $2.9 million.

The three-bedroom home is actually a combined two units inside the Hearth House in the East Village.

Click, a former Victoria’s Secret model, is married to “House of Gucci,” “Boardwalk Empire” and “Hail Mary” actor Jack Huston. She bought the downtown Manhattan pad before her marriage and is selling because the couple moved with their two kids to Los Angeles — where they are building their dream home in Malibu.

The long-term couple, who started dating in 2011, got married in Las Vegas in 2022, where an Elvis impersonator “decked out in bedazzled bell-bottoms played the guitar as the pair kissed,” Page Six reported. They share two kids: Sage Lavinia Huston, born in 2013, and Cypress Night, born in 2016.

Huston is fifth-generation Hollywood royalty. His Oscar-winning aunt is Anjelica Huston; his grandfather was the two-time Oscar winning director John Huston; his great grandfather was the Oscar winner Walter Huston; and his uncle is the actor Danny Huston. His father is the Oscar-nominated screenwriter Tony Huston.

Click has modeled for Guess, Tommy Hilfiger, Gap, Levi’s, Dolce & Gabbana, Burberry, Hugo Boss and Elizabeth Arden. She has also walked runways for Victoria’s Secret, Alexander McQueen and Prada.

Click bought two units in the East Village building, known as Hearth House, and combined and renovated them over a five-year period that began in the late aughts. She bought the first second-floor unit at 50 Ave. A for $1.25 million in 2007 and the second on the same floor for $865,000 in 2012.

The three-bedroom, 2½-bathroom residence first hit the market for $3.49 million in September. It comes with a $4,078 monthly maintenance fee — all in a seven-story elevator building that is at least 100 years old.

Click, a Southern California native, told Gimme Shelter that she loves the apartment’s private terrace, which once had a full garden blossoming and overlooks a limestone cathedral.

“It was my solace,” Click said, “the barbecues and sunbathing and the rainy days spent on this terrace gave me the peace that took me away from the busy city. Looking from my bed, through the solarium, I stared at the old church and daydreamed. The bells chimed at noon and six. I could have been somewhere in Europe.”

The two-unit combo comes with a “dream spa” bath.

She also loved her “spa dream” bath, which comes with a Jacuzzi tub and a steam shower.

Design details inside the apartment include wide-plank wood floors, antique mirrored closets, built-in closets, lots of storage, a washer and dryer — and an ornate decorative stone fireplace in the main bedroom. There’s also a chef’s kitchen with a woodburning fireplace.

It’s “bittersweet” to let this apartment go, Click said, adding that she is “going back home where my family is.”
