Nicholas was helping her, but Stefano overheard their conversation and confronted Vivian. He accused her of faking her illness, but Vivian collapsed, and Nicholas called Lexie for help. Lexie arrived and told Stefano that Vivian had taken a turn for the worse, but later Vivian revealed to Nicholas that it was all an act, and she had a plan that required his help.
In Paris, Eric and Greta were having dinner, discussing Greta’s mother and the mystery surrounding her death.
