Both films are doing excellent and overperforming at the box office. That is why Cruise film has seen a 64 percent drop in its second weekend. As per reports, Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One amassed $56.2M at the box office and received critical acclaim from the critics, with fans gushing over the 61-year-old star’s stunt work and phenomenal acting skills.

In a candid interview, Tom Cruise gushed about his now-released film Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One. The Top Gun movie star claimed that this latest entry in one of the longest-running Mission: Impossible franchises has practical action sequences, and all the stunt work is purely authentic. Cruise told Collider,

“They could start with this film to see and understand that this is all real, all the action is real, it’s practical. This movie is an epic adventure. It’s so lush, filled with practical action and amazing locations. [It has] submarines, it has the desert, it has Rome, beautiful locations in Abu Dhabi, Norway, a train that we built, action on the train, and a very engrossing story with a really beautiful cast.”

He continued,

“I think when you look at this movie, it really defines what I think about cinema and why because you look at this kind of cast, you look at a brilliant ensemble cast, and the kind of story is very engrossing.”

Alongside Tom Cruise, Mission: Impossible 7 boasts a star-studded ensemble cast that features Hayley Atwell, Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg, Rebecca Ferguson, Vanessa Kirby, Esai Morales, Pom Klementieff, Mariela Garriga, and Henry Czerny.
