Angelina Jolie split from husband Brad Pitt in September 2016, but she still does not want to be friends with the A list actor, it has been claimed.
The Oscar winner reportedly has ‘bitter’ feelings toward the Ad Astra star because she allegedly feels he has turned the lives of their six children – Maddox, 18, Pax, 15, Zahara, 14, Shiloh, 13, and 11-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne – upside down.
It was also added that the daughter of Jon Voight never really wanted to marry the 55-year-old Oklahoma native in the first place and now she has decided to never marry again
‘Angelina still has a lot of resentment toward Brad,’ said the magazine’s source. ‘She wants him to be held accountable because she feels he turned her and the children’s lives upside down.’
The 44-year-old beauty, who is currently shooting a Marvel movie in Spain, told Harper’s Bazaar that she would love to live abroad, but has to live where Brad wants her to for the sake of the kids.
The comment could be seen at a lash out at the former It boy of Hollywood.
The remark depicted him as the one calling the shots and deciding the icon’s fate even though she has her own life, her own career.
‘Before the divorce, the entire family led a very nomadic existence, and that was because of Angie’s restlessness,’ said a second source.
‘Brad wanted the kids to have stability while Angie always said they were giving the children an idyllic childhood by exposing them to different countries, languages and experiences.’
The pair have not been photographed together since they split in September 2016 due to irreconcilable differences.
They have yet to finalize their divorce but do share physical and legal custody of the kids.
It was added that Pitt pushed her into getting married in 2014 at their home in France.
‘She felt that Brad pressured her,’ a source told Us in October.
