The Rock and Roman Reigns’ WrestleMania clash vs. Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins is confirmed as Rhodes slaps the WWE legend in the face!

The Rock appeared on SmackDown alongside Roman Reigns on Friday night, and the pair locked in a matchup vs. Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins on night one of WrestleMania next month.

The WWE legend, whose real name is Dwayne Johnson, appeared on Monday Night RAW earlier this week and saw his feud with Rollins stoked further.

And on Friday, Rollins accepted The Rock’s offer of a tag team match also featuring Reigns and Rhodes at WrestleMania – with Rollins telling The Rock to ‘shut the hell up.’

Things later got heated between The Rock and Rhodes, as the former told the 38-year-old son of wrestling legend Dusty that he was a ‘mistake.’ Both of Rhodes’ siblings are significantly older than him.

After that comment from The Rock, Rhodes then slapped him across the face before the show ended.

WrestleMania is scheduled for April 6-7 at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia.

On night two of the event, Rollins is slated to defend his World Heavyweight title against Drew McIntyre, while Rhodes and Reigns will do battle for the latter’s WWE Universal Championship.

Rollins ratcheted up his feud with Johnson on Monday Night RAW this week, calling him ‘Diarrhea Dwayne’ before revealing he is medically cleared to return to the ring.

Rollins has not competed since suffering a knee injury during a January 15 match against Jinder Mahal.

The Rock and Rollins have been entangled in drama since a February 8 press conference that also heavily involved Reigns and Rhodes.

The Rock started making sporadic in-ring appearances for the WWE again in 2012.

He began to focus on acting full-time and put WWE on the backburner in 2004, after starting with the company in 1996.
