A rooftop terrace, an underground home cinema and four levels connected by a lift: Inside Madeleine West and Shannon Bennett’s $16million Toorak mansion as the couple move out after their split

Former Neighbours star Madeleine West confirmed her split with partner-of-13-years Shannon Bennett last month.

And weeks after sparking reconciliation rumours when they were spotted kissing in Byron Bay, it seems the former couple are going ahead with their break-up.

Removalists were spotted outside their multi-million dollar home in the exclusive Melbourne suburb of Toorak over the weekend.

A large removalist truck was photographed parked outside the property on Saturday.

Workers had their hands full carrying various items, such as boxes, cabinets, shrubs and various furniture, from inside the house to the large vehicle.

It would seem this new development is sign that the couple, who share six children together, have split for good.

The sighting follows unconfirmed rumours that Madeleine and Shannon were moving their family to Byron Bay in a last-ditch bid to ‘reconnect’.

Woman’s Day recently reported that the MasterChef guest judge was desperate for a reconciliation’ with the Playing For Keeps star.

Shannon and Madeleine are believed to have paid $16million for the mansion in 2017, before their separation.

Featuring five bedrooms and five bathrooms, the property provided plenty of room for Shannon, Madeleine and their six children Phoenix, 12, Hendrix, 10, Xascha, eight, Xanthe, six, and twins Xalia and Margaux, four.

There are four levels within the mansion, with each connected by an elevator.

As well as the bedrooms and bathrooms, the home also contains several living areas and a large kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and a butler’s pantry.

On September 28, the estranged couple were spotted kissing in Byron Bay on what friends have described as a ‘make or break’ holiday.

‘Shannon is willing to do whatever it takes to woo her back,’ a source told Woman’s Day last month.

It comes after Madeleine confirmed her split with Shannon in an interview with Stellar magazine in September.

‘Having a public profile, having two high-pressure careers, having a multitude of children – and I will say they are a lot harder to train than dragons – it puts exponential pressures on a relationship,’ she said.

‘And cracks can form, and things that we don’t necessarily plan in the beginning can happen.’

Madeleine and Shannon began dating in 2004 but never married.
