Floyd Mayweather’s new Las Vegas home has far eclipsed the competition in the real estate market.
The 41-year-old former boxer used two Instagram posts that matched the listing’s photos to authenticate the purchase. Both posts began, “My new home, I’m truly blessed.”
According to property records, an LLC owned by Mr. Mayweather paid $10 million for the residence. On Monday, the off-market sale was recorded in the property records.
There are fourteen bathrooms and eleven bedrooms in the one-story house. According to the listing agent Kamran Zand of Luxury Homes Las Vegas, it boasts heated flooring throughout and two guest houses. He refrained from verifying that Mr. Mayweather had bought the residence.

According to Mr. Zand, the almost 22,000-square-foot house is situated on 1.41 acres of property. In addition to two detached four-car garages, there are pools both indoors and outside. Situated right off the main bedroom, a commercial elevator connects the one-story residence to the basement.
Throughout his professional career, Mr. Mayweather, who retired in August 2017, never lost a match. Although Mr. Mayweather won a bronze medal as a featherweight in the 1996 Olympics, he spent his career competing in numerous weight classes under the tutelage of his father and uncle.
