Five years in showbiz is a mighty long time.
So it’s no surprise Rosie Huntington-Whiteley was feeling incredibly proud and full of love on Tuesday as she marked her fifth anniversary with boyfriend Jason Statham.
The stunning model took to her Instagram page to post a sweet image of a message that simply read: ‘You will forever be my always’.
Long-term loves: Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Jason Statham – pictured at the BRIT Awards Universary party in February – are celebrating five happy years together
Along with the cute typewriter-font snap, she added ‘5 years…’
The relationship cat was out of the bag when they were spotted together enjoying themselves at the Coachella Festival in California, after there had been rumblings of a union between the good-looking pair.
And, despite the fact they’ve had a few near-misses over the years, they appear stronger than ever.
Last year they were dogged with rumours that they had separated after completely missing each other during the Cannes Film Festival in May.
They crossed paths, with the actor leaving the French seaside resort after promoting his movie Expendables 3 on the same day the stunning model arrived.
But they quickly quashed rumours of a split when she shared a picture of the two of them together on her Instagram looking cuddy, along with the caption, ‘Missed my man. So happy to be home.’
They’re regularly seen on red carpets together, and recently attended a spate of the movie awards season shows as a couple.
Closer than ever: The good-looking twosome – who are 20 years apart in age – have never been too shy to put on a PDA.
Rumour quashing: Last year, the 27-year-old model and her 47-year-old man were thought to have separated after missing each other at the Cannes Film Festival, but they quickly put the speculation to bed
And they put on an incredibly loved-up display at the BRIT Awards Universal after-party, the beautiful model cuddling up close to her long-term man in front of the cameras, gooey eyed.
Rosie splits time between Los Angeles and London while maintaining her career and relationship with Jason, who is currently starring in the newly-released Fast & Furious film, Furious 7.
Back in December, Rosie was forced to deny that she and Jason had become engaged after she was seen out with a suspicious ring on the third finger of her left hand.
And in 2013, Rosie took a rare moment to open up about her usually-secretive union.
In an interview with ELLE magazine, she admitted that she’s with Jason for stability, something that she craves in life.
‘Many models are in long-term relationships for stability. Admittedly, not always with great men, but it gives them something to come home to, something grounding,’ she said. ‘
‘That’s how I see my relationship.’
Stability: Rosie has previously admitted that she loves being with Jason because it’s ‘grounding’.
