In a heartbreaking case that has captured public attention, a couple from St Helens has been charged in connection with the tragic death of their one-year-old son. Adam Johnson, 26, and Kylie Smith, 25, are facing serious allegations following the death of their child, Maero Johnson.
The incident unfolded in August 2023 when authorities were alerted after Maero was rushed to the hospital. Despite the valiant efforts of medical personnel, the young boy sadly passed away.
