TOM Brady’s luxurious former Miami home has hit the market.
No stranger to glamorous high-end homes, Brady’s former Surfside, Florida apartment is no exception.
The over 4,000-square-foot ninth-floor apartment is up for $15.9 million
It includes a large open-plan living/dining space
The apartment has epic views of Surfside and the Atlantic
The $15.9 million apartment is located near Brady’s under-construction “Billionaire’s bunker” in Indian Creek.
It reportedly served as the 46-year-old’s home following his high-profile divorce from Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen in October 2022, as per Creative Lofting.
Brady’s rent amounted to $60,000 according to The Real Deal.
Sat on the ninth floor of the Fendi Chateau Residences, the apartment is 4,103-square-feet.
Overlooking the Atlantic, it consists of three bedrooms, four and a half marble-filled bathrooms, and impressive ten-foot ceilings.
It features a large open-plan living and dining space, with full-height windows making the most of the corner spot.
The sleek kitchen includes multiple ovens, a wine fridge, a large stone island, and a breakfast bar with views of Surfside.
There is also a separate snug which has its own large couch and TV.
To top it all off, the apartment also has a large wrap-around balcony overlooking Surfside and the ocean beyond the beach.
Outside of the confines of the apartment, Brady will also have been able to use the building’s gym, sauna, steam room, massage room, salon, restaurant, and kid’s club.
Mendel Fellig of Compass is the agent for the property.
Aside from his Indian Creek mansion, Brady is also in the process of constructing another stunning home in Brentwood, California.
Located near his former home with Bundchen, the home appears to be in the final stages of construction, as pictures recently obtained by The U.S. Sun showed.
The modern 14,000-square-foot home is two stories and includes multiple walls of glass and terraces to take in the California sun.
The backyard also appeared to include the beginnings of a large pool.
