Youtuber MrBeast wants fans to buy his Feastables and he’s willing to pay them $10,000 to do it – first winner proves ‘it’s real’

A YOUTUBE famous philanthropist has set up another giveaway, this time with a sweet twist.

MrBeast announced on Saturday that he would be giving away thousands once a day to one lucky customer who purchases his chocolate bars.

The contest runs through March 17 and requires a buyer to submit details of their purchase through the Youtuber’s website to be entered to win.

Then, once per day, a winner will be selected to receive a $10,000 giveaway.

This is just the most recent in a long string of giveaways set up by MrBeast with the previous one occurring just one month prior in January.

After posting an old video on X, the CEO Elon Musk drove traffic to the link posting “First MrBeast video posted directly on X!”

Musk’s attention increased the ads bought on the video, hiking up the revenue MrBeast received from the video causing him to giveaway part of the profit.

He later posted an announcement saying that he was going to give away the money he made off of the revenue.

“I’m gonna give 10 random people that repost this and follow me $25,000 for fun (the $250,000 my X video made) I’ll pick the winners in 72 hours,” MrBeast wrote on X.

His most recent $10,000 giveaway appears to be a promotional decision after he launched a new candy bar formula for his Feastables brand.

“We released our new chocolate formula! Every day for the next 30 days if you buy and scan the QR you can win $10,000 just like him :-),” he wrote in an Instagram caption.

The video posted along with the announcement showed MrBeast waiting for a person to select one of his candy bars from a shelf in a grocery store.

When an unsuspecting man grabbed a candy bar, MrBeast approached and told him that he was receiving $10,000 cash for his purchase.

The man, who is a fan of the YouTuber, was shocked.

“Oh my god, he’s for real people,” marveled the customer while holding a metal briefcase filled with money.

MrBeast is no stranger to lavish promotional tactics, having recreated Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory filled with challenges for people to compete in.

The factory, seemingly built from a warehouse, had several rooms inspired by the book, including one with a marshmallow theme and another with a chocolate waterfall.

To enter his current contest the steps are simple.

Participants can submit up to 10 entries per day by submitting a photo of the receipt proving the purchase to his website.

REINVEST TO GROW
Recently, MrBeast pushed back against claims that he was rich, explaining that his company was making all of the money and he did not necessarily receive the full profit as income.

The 25-year-old recently said that he doesn’t have access to his money and that all of his earnings are reinvested, per Time Magazine.

“I don’t have access to any of my bank accounts,” he said.

“I have a CFO and everything, but [my mom is] the one who has access to the master bank account.”

Donaldson claimed that the money he makes gets reinvested back into his brand, producing more and more money.

“I’ve reinvested everything to the point of—you could claim—stupidity, just believing that we would succeed,” he said.

“And it’s worked out.”

The YouTuber insists that he does not live as a millionaire, but he does sit in comfort.

He has a personal chef, a trainer, and lives in a 3,000-square-foot home purchased in 2018.

“I’m not naïve; maybe one day,” he said when discussing his growing wealth.

“But right now, whatever we make, we reinvest.”
