50 Cent labeled Will Ferrell one of his “favorite actors” after running into him at an Indiana Pacers game.
The New York rapper shared a clip of the two meeting up courtside on Instagram, Monday night.
Ferrell hyped up the crowd before tip-off, shouting into a microphone, “I need everyone up. Let’s go Pacers!” Heading into the fourth quarter while the game was tied at 114, he added: “What do we think of the Pacers? Sixers? Pacers?” The 76ers ended up winning 147-143.
“Ran into one of my favorite actors Will Ferrell at the game,” 50 captioned the post. Other celebrities at the game included Indianapolis Colts legend Reggie Wayne and current Colts wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr.
Fans of 50’s were excited to see him run into the comedic legend. “Will made me laugh so hard in old school and step brothers dam i was dying havent laughed like that yet,” one wrote. Another remarked, “That was so genuine. Will grabbed Fif hand like he was ready to go tell everyone ‘Hey everyone meet my friend Curtis!’ He was too excited. Made me smile.” One more fan said, “You’d think this would have so many besides the trolling shit 50 does…how Big is this, 50 cent…came from shit to joking with Will on a NBA basketball court live is amazing…you really have to be proud of this man.” Other users called on 50 to cast Ferrell in one of his ongoing shows.
