In a YouTube video, internet sensation MrBeast took viewers on a journey through the opulent paradise that is the Juggler Meadow Estate in Leverett, Massachusetts.
This lavish property, listed by Johnny Hatem Jr. of the Sarkis Team at Douglas Elliman, boasts more than 60 acres of landscapes and not one, but eight extravagant structures — featuring more than 120,000 square feet of interior space.
And it’s quickly become a viral sensation with more than 93 million views and counting.
The Juggler Meadow Estate was previously owned by the late Michael Kittredge II, the genius behind the iconic Yankee Candle Co.
The property hit the market in September 2022 with a price tag of $23 million, The Post previously reported.
It’s now available for those who want to live the ultimate American dream for a whopping $30 million.
As part of a series of home tours ranging from $1 to $100 million, MrBeast explores this wonderland compound at the 4-minute mark in the video.
His YouTube alter ego, Jimmy Donaldson, and his team couldn’t contain their excitement as they took in the sheer extravagance of the great room, frolicked in the indoor waterpark, and looked awe-struck by a collection of “Lamborghinis on top of Lamborghinis,” which one team member likened to “a candy store for adults.”
This sprawling estate is being sold by Michael Kittredge II’s son, Mick.
The compound’s vast 120,000 square feet include a 25,000-square-foot main residence and a 55,000-square-foot spa — complete with a 4,000-square-foot fitness center with a full kitchen, massage rooms, treatment rooms, saunas, steam rooms and two luxurious locker rooms.
The amenities are out of this world, featuring a three-lane bowling alley, a game room that looks like an arcade, a massive auditorium and an indoor tennis court with spectator seating, alongside a 25-foot-long oak bar and fireplace, as described in the listing.
The Kittredge family constructed this compound for enjoyment and to share with family, friends, co-workers and colleagues alike. As a representative stated, “A philanthropist, Michael structured his life around giving.”
The main home was initially built in the 1980s, but Kittredge expanded it in eight stages, finally completing it in 2010. The primary bedroom wing occupies a whole side of the estate, featuring the main bedroom with a fireplace and a private balcony, two auxiliary bedroom suites, a kitchenette and an office.
On the lower level, there’s a commercial-grade kitchen, two grotto-like wine cellars, two dining rooms and a 10-seat theater for the ultimate movie night experience.
Guests and staff have their own private homes on the estate, one with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the other with four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The outdoor features include meticulously manicured gardens, an outdoor tennis court, a pool and orchard trees.
Michael Kittredge II began his candle-making journey at home, creating affordable gifts for his loved ones. After receiving numerous compliments, he transformed his passion into the multimillion-dollar empire and household name that is Yankee Candle Co. today.
Meanwhile, Mick Kittredge, in collaboration with his father, founded the Kringle Candle Company in 2009, continuing the family’s tradition in the candle industry.
Michael Kittredge II passed away in 2019 at the age of 67, after twice battling cancer and suffering a stroke in 2012, which limited his mobility and speech.
Meanwhile, Forbes recently crowned MrBeast, as the No. 1 Top Creator of 2023, with a staggering net worth of approximately half a billion dollars. His YouTube channel boasts an incredible 203 million subscribers, credited with pioneering a genre of videos that focus on jaw-dropping stunts and challenges.
A recent New York Post exclusive revealed that the 25-year-old internet sensation purchased an entire North Carolina neighborhood, not only for himself, but also for his family and co-workers.
