DJ Khaled’s former Florida home lists for $16.39M — his 1,000-square-foot sneaker shrine still included

DJ Khaled’s former South Florida mansion is hitting the market for $16.39 million — and much of his furnishings, including three 14-karat gold chandeliers with Swarovski crystals and his sneaker shrine, are part of the deal.

The Aventura home, at 3914 Island Estates, includes the music producer’s famed 500-plus sneaker collection room, with its “WETHEBEST” logo on the floor. Alas, this being his former home, DJ Khaled’s famed sneaker collection is not part of the deal.

The sellers are music execs/restaurateurs Nahim Jorge Bonilla and Melissa Granda, founders of Ruido Callejero Music. The couple also own the celeb-friendly eatery Mandrake Miami, whose clientele has included Bad Bunny, Diddy and Olivia Culpo.

Bonilla and Granda bought the home for $4.8 million in 2020 with a third partner. At the time, the couple were silent partners. They later bought out the third investor — embattled Canadian trader Simon Librati.

Khaled paid $3.84 million for the Mediterranean-style villa in 2015, then spent around $2.5 million on renovations, including the build out of the 1,000-square-foot sneaker closet. We’re told that much of Khaled’s other designs — including in the main bedroom, movie theater and outdoor patio — also remain.

The five-bedroom, seven-bath home, which sits on half an acre, includes a chef’s kitchen and a wine room. That movie theater comes with a 128-inch TV.

Other touches throughout the smart-wired home include marble and walnut floors, a fireplace and 30-foot ceilings. Outside, there’s a pool, a hot tub, a fire pit, a bamboo grove and a 50-foot boat dock on 240 feet of waterfront, with water and city views.
