The Massachusetts nurse is now on trial for strangling five-year-old Cora, three-year-old Dawson, and eight-month-old Callan back in January 2023. Prosecutors say she sent her husband out to grab dinner, then carried out the attack before trying to take her own life.
Patrick, who officially divorced Lindsay after the tragedy, was the first person called by the prosecution on Monday.
