Oprah Winfrey bought a private beachfront complex with rustic-luxury beautiful home on Orcas Island for $ 31.7 million.
Oprah Winfrey just made a modest purchase in real estate. According to Variety, the presenter spent $ 8,275 million on a complex of houses in Orcas Island, an archipelago in Washington.
The mansion of more than 2 thousand square meters is located on the seafront overlooking the west of the island and was built in 2007. The property has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The main residence has three floors with stone details and a copper roof and slate outside.
In the interior, the décor opts for a rustic-luxury style, which includes woods recovered in an old Chicago building. The living area contains stone fireplace, while the kitchen has skylights, a central island and built-in pizza oven.
The hostess also has a library with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, as well as a gigantic playroom. In the entertainment part, Oprah enjoys a secluded sauna, Asian garden and private hiking trails. To make things even more sophisticated, the mansion has a house and tea sub trees, next to the main house.
