In a send-over ceremony from Paris 2024 to LA 2028 Olympics, Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre performed a medley of legendary hits on Venice Beach.
Snoop Dogg has been doing a stellar job as a commentator at the 2024 Olympics, and the transition to a new Olympian cycle with him at the helm was seamless.
The Olympic flag was handed over to Simone Biles and was delivered to the US by Tom Cruise, Mission Impossible-style skydiving and landing on the Hollywood sign. A relay of the US Olympic champions then brought the flag to Venice Beach, where a beachside concert featured Red Hot Chili Peppers, Billie Eilish, Snoop Dogg & Dr. Dre, and a special slot for H.E.R. singing the national anthem.
Snoop shared a video of his slot with Dr. Dre for those who missed yesterday’s prime-time show.
