Supergroup Read The PDF, the creative union of three versatile giants, Mr. Porter, Focus…, and Dem Jointz, finally dropped its album.
The lengthy album title, “By The Time You Look Up N.C. What We Doin…”, actually represents seven tracks on the project (except for “The Intro”, narrated by Snoop Dogg).
As you can expect from three genius award-winning producers who also rap and write their own lyrics, they do all the work on the album. Writing, recording, mixing, you name it – they have done it. This trio has the creative control of every inch of their brainchild.
The artists introduce themselves as “a groundbreaking ensemble which features Mr.Porter, who wears many hats as an artist, producer, and Eminem’s trusted hype man. Dem Jointz adds his electrifying touch, well-known for his ability to create genre-bending beats. And the Incredible Focus…, a sonic alchemist known for his imaginative and captivating audio narratives. “Read The PDF” is unlike anything you’ve experienced before. The unique structure of our group allows each member to produce their music for their verse, weaving our individual sounds into a single, boundary-pushing auditory experience”.
Now, after a couple of weeks of extra-wait, the album is finally available on all streaming services. It is a masterpiece of production, lyrically rich and incredibly creative. And it is finding its audience already.
Mr. Porter shared the iTunes chart card for “By The Time You Look Up N.C. What We Doin…” that shows the album ranked No.19.
