Hours after news broke Tuesday that Dr. Dre had suffered a brain aneurysm, the rapper’s $50 million Brentwood Estates mansion was the target of an attempted burglary.

Around 10 p.m. on Tuesday night, the Los Angeles Police Department was notified that a potential break-in was underway at the 12700 block of Chalon Road. Several men were spotted “hiking over a hill attempting to enter” Dr. Dre’s home shortly after it was announced that the music mogul (né Andre Romelle Young), 55, was in recovery at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. “They were confronted by private security and fled the location,” according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

Four suspects were arrested, the LAPD confirms to PEOPLE. They were detained and taken into custody near Sunset Boulevard and Kenter Avenue, after a short pursuit that began when officers observed a white SUV leaving the area. According to ABC7, police found a backpack filled with theft equipment, including saws and crowbars inside of the vehicle. The investigation remains ongoing.
